PENY X1CS High-frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer is an intelligent infrared analytical measuring instrument composed of high-frequency induction combustion furnace and computer. The software has a function of real-time display of combustion release curve. The instrument is mainly used in the analysis of carbon and sulfur content of black metals, non-ferrous metals, rare earth metals, inorganic substances, ores, and ceramics etc in metallurgical, mechanical, inspection, scientific research, chemical and other industries. 

PENY X1CS Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer is consist of four parts: electronic balance, integrated machine with high-frequency combustion furnace and infrared detection, computer and printer. 

1.  The analytical gas path of this carbon sulfur analytical instrument adopts precise electronic mass flow meter control technology, this will accurately control gas flow. 

2. High-frequency combustion of the carbon and sulfur analyzer applies full functional power control technology, this will effectively prevent sample splashing, reduce damage to spare parts, and extend the service life of spare parts. 

3. Analysis software uses vertical touch screen, users can choose single vertical screen display (vertical screen display is on host machine) and double vertical screen display (one is on host machine, the other is the computer display), this will makes users conveniently and rapidly set analysis method, analysis control, on-line diagnosis and data report.

4. In the high frequency carbon sulfur analyzer, local area network communication is applied, realizing data synchronization and export.

5. Chinese and English operation interfaces can be switched with one key.

6. Automatic vacuum cleaning system is included in the high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer.

7. The high frequency infrared carbon sulfur analyzer applies 32-bit single-chip microcomputer, it will improve computation speed and accuracy.

8. Constant temperature infrared detection cell of this model carbon sulfur analytical instrument applies constant temperature insulation technology, which will eliminated interference from external environmental temperature. In pulse modulated infrared electronic light source system, it cancels chopper motor and chopper blade, decreasing mechanical damage and frequency error.
