1. How to change reagent for the carbon sulphur analyzer?

Remove the reagent tube of carbon sulfur combustion analyzer, use tweezers to remove the quartz cotton plug at the port, pour out the failed reagent, insert new reagent, plug the quartz cotton plug at the port, install the reagent tube, and perform a leak check.

2. How to clean carbon sulphur analyser's quartz combustion tube？

Press the "Up/Down" button on the carbon sulfur combustion analyzer panel to lower the crucible holder, turn off the power gas source, remove the O shaped sealing ring at the lower end of the quartz combustion tube, pull out the gas path tube on the furnace head cleaning component. Loosen the two compression nuts of the furnace head cleaning component, remove the furnace head cleaning component, take out the quartz combustion tube. Immerse the quartz combustion tube in a (1:3) hydrochloric acid solution heated to 60 ℃~80 ℃, and wait for the splashes on the surface of the combustion tube to be basically removed. Remove the combustion tube of the carbon sulphur analytical instrument, rinse it with clean water, brush off residual dirt with a test tube brush, and put the combustion tube into the oven for drying. Install the combustion tube, furnace head cleaning component, and the O shaped sealing ring (inner wall of the sealing ring) at the lower end of the combustion tube. Apply a thin layer of vacuum silicone grease and perform a leak check.
