1. Infrared Detection System
The hydrogen analyzer is equipped with an independent infrared absorption cell, and the length and number of channels can be flexibly configured according to user needs. By using a pyroelectric solid-state infrared detector and a high-precision A/D sampling card, the hydrogen elemental analyzer has extremely high detection sensitivity. The hydrogen combustion analyzer's modulation system adopts a high-precision stepper motor controlled by a microcontroller, achieving long-term stability of the modulation frequency. The infrared light source of hydrogen analyzer uses efficient and long-life precious metal miniature infrared emitters and gold-plated metal reflectors.
2. High-precision Thermal Conductivity Detection System
The hydrogen elemental analyzer uses high-sensitivity thermal conductivity detection cell, continuously adjustable cell current, high-precision amplifier, and 24 bit A/D sampling card and other hardware ensure the determination of nitrogen content from ultra-low content to large range. Hydrogen combustion analyzer adopts low drift, high precision, large range, high sensitivity thermal conductivity detector with low failure rate, strong reliability, and good stability. This hydrogen analyzer adopts an imported high-precision constant temperature control system, the thermal conductivity temperature is controlled within 0.3 ℃.
