
The weld material hydrogen analyzer is used to determine the hydrogen content in different samples. Place the sample in a quartz tube of an infrared furnace, and quickly heat the infrared furnace to extract the sample gas. The diameter of the sample tube is about 30mm, which can achieve analysis of large samples. This model hydrogen elemental analyzer adopts a 10 point gas standard sample calibration and can be calibrated with pure hydrogen or pure helium gas. The core of the system is a high-sensitivity and long-term stable thermal conductivity detector, which can detect low levels of weld material hydrogen, achieving less than 50 ppb.

1. All O-rings should be coated with vacuum silicone grease during replacement. Check if CuO in the catalytic furnace needs to be replaced. When unstable results are found as samples, attention should be paid to check whether the hydrogen elemental analyzer is leaking air.
2. When the power of the hydrogen elemental analyzer is unstable, users shall consider following aspects:
① If the lower electrode of the device is in good contact with the lower electrode.
② If the lower electrode has oxidation or loosening of its fastening nut.
③ If the power gas is too small or the helium gas is too large.
3. Equipment leakage inspection: First click on the leakage inspection in the diagnosis, click on the system leakage inspection, select the main valve, leak detection, and sealing three valves, and then press send.
