PENY X2O Oxygen Elemental Analyzer is a high-tech material quantitative analysis instrument for oxygen elements with high-precision, high-stability, and high-sensitivity. Oxygen analyzer is capable of conducting analysis of oxygen content in solid samples ranging from ppm to percentage levels.
The analysis process of oxygen analyzer is as follows: Weigh the sample on electronic balance, input it into computer, or input it through a keyboard. After adding the fluxing agent, feed it into the sample adding mechanism, and start analyzing. The first stage is the degassing stage. The second stage is the analysis and release stage. At this time, the sample adding mechanism is opened, and the tested sample falls into the graphite crucible. After normalization, each data is linearized and calibrated. After the oxygen determination analyzer finish analyzing, the linear calibration data is integrated by area, multiplied by coefficient, and subtracted from blank to obtain the percentage content of oxygen element in the sample.

A: There is no fixed replacement cycle, it depends on the customer's frequency of use. If discoloration is found, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner.
